medical restrictions.
The worker and employer agree to an
employer’s
written offer of modified work. The written offer or agreement
should describe the specific job duties, demands, pay,
hours of work, and duration of the modified duties.
The
employer sends documentation of the modified work offer
to the WCB or Disability Insurer.
